brand communication framework 2018
"On what graphic guidelines should we base a new communication for external purposes? Do this kind of photos communicates the brand values?"
At Chateauform, such questions were up to the individuals, without much of a referencial document when tackling a new subject.
The same questions emerged when we started to design their new website, so we took a step back to help the communication team acknowledge the different components of communication they used. The result was a framework explaining all the rules to apply in order to reflect the brand values.
A DOCUMENT LEGIBLE BY ANYONE
We aimed for a referencial document that would be simple to be understood by anyone who would like to know more about why those choices make sense for the brand, how it should translate and what kind of details they could look for if they had any doubts.
